| Toxicological Research (ISSN: 1976-8257 (print), 2234-2753 (electronic)), an official journal of the Korean Society of Toxicology (KSOT) that first launched since 1985, has been publishing a broad spectrum of scientific and technical advances on diverse areas of toxicological research of chemicals, drugs, and environmental contaminants, which have significant impacts on public health. We are pleased to announce that as of 2021, Toxicological Research is now indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) in addition to Scopus, PubMed Central and Google Scholar. Moreover, the journal is published in partnership with Springer Nature from 2020, volume 36 to enhance the professional publishing process and to improve its international recognition. |

Given our journal’s mission to disseminate the impactful knowledge on multidisciplinary field of toxicology ranging from basic research to clinical and epidemiological sciences, we are committed to encourage researchers to submit their manuscripts with high quality on an international scale, which may move the field forward and thus further enhance our understanding on toxicology. Therefore, we make humble request for researchers’ contribution by submitting their valuable research to Toxicological Research. Toxicological Research invites manuscripts for consideration that reports on toxicological research-related pharmacology, molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, epidemiology, and clinical investigation. All manuscripts should be creative, informative and useful for the fields of toxicology and safe assessment. Submissions will be open to researchers with expert insights into a broad range of toxicology fields with a global view on public health. Emphasis will be given to articles providing an understanding of the toxicological mechanisms affecting animal, human and public health. A new manuscript should be submitted electronically via online in the e-submission section of the journal homepage (https://www.editorialmanager.com/txrs/default1.aspx). Toxicological Research publishes papers quarterly, 4 time a year in January, April, July and October, and the journal’s publication model is a hybrid open access journal, and authors can opt to make their research open access with Open Choice.
