2010 3. 6-11 기간에 미국 Salt Lake City 에서 개최된 미국독성학회 (Society of Toxicology)에서는 예년보다는 적은 6200명의 독성학자가 참석하였으며, 2400 여개의 포스터발표가 있었습니다.  학회 기간 중 한국독성학회 회원이 다음과 같은 수상내역이 있어서 알려드립니다.

‣ 나노분야 최우수 논문상 (호서대학교 유일재 박사)

   호서대학교 유일재 박사의 연구논문 “Subchronic inhalation toxicity of silver nanoparticles” Toxicol. Sci. 108(2), 452–461 (2009) 이 2009년도 미국독성학회 공식학회지 (Toxicological Sciences)에 게재된 논문 중 나노분야 최우수 논문상을 받았읍니다.  이 과제는 2007년도 식약청지원으로 수행한 과제입니다.

‣ Graduate Student Travel Award (서울대학교 약학과 노지윤양)

    서울대학교 박사과정 노지윤양은 “A Naphthoquinone Derivative Can Induce Anemia through Phosphatidylserine Exposure-Mediated Erythrophagocytosis” 포스터 발표로 Graduate Student Travel Award를 받았습니다. 

‣ Best Presentation Award by KTAA (Korean Toxicologist American Association)

1) 서울대학교 수의과대학 김지윤양
   서울대학교 박사과정 김지윤양은 “Intratracheal exposure to multi-walled carbon nanotubes caused granulomatous inflammation on murine lung" 논문 발표로 KTAA에서 수상하는 Best Presentation Award를 받았습니다.

2) 서울대학교 약학과 제영태군
    서울대학교 박사과정 제영태군은 “Expression of CYP3A genes in the mice fed chronically with ethanol" 논문 발표로 KTAA에서 수상하는 Best Presentation Award를 받았습니다.
