The Korean Society of Toxicology (KSOT) aims to study and find solutions for issues of safety, toxicity and hazard that are directly related to citizens' life and property, thereby attracting much attention of the society including the government, industries, academic worlds, the defence, customers and media. The Society also has an established position in the academic world and relevant industries by holding spring and autumn conferences every year. As a key member of the International Union of Toxicology (IUTOX) and the Asian Society of Toxicology (ASIATOX), it is actively contributing to the development of toxicology worldwide.

The KSOT is the host of the 13rd International Congress of Toxicology (ICT XIII) that is to be held in COEX, Seoul on June 30 to July 4, 2013. The ICT is an authoritative conference with international recognition, where more than 2,500 participants from 100 countries all over the world will attend. Having world-renowned scholars and experts and establishing networks among the participants, it will serve as a forum for academic exchange and enhancement in the field of toxicology and a momentum to further develop toxicology in both Korea and Asia. Also, the ICT XIII will raise the international position of Korean toxicology and maximize promotional effects for both our society and your organization.
